Firstly, this paper analyzes the main characteristics of current manufacturing enterprises and their request for new production planning and control method. And then this paper expounds the production planning and control method of MRPII and TOC. At the same time, by analyzing limits of MRP II and good qualities of TOC in dealing with bottlenecks, this paper discusses an integrated production planning and control method based on combination of MRPII and TOC.Secondly, this paper brings forward a production planning and control frame based on the above analysis of MRPII and TOC, and analyzes its main characteristics. The frame is applied to the make-to-order, multi-specification, small batch production model and its implementation method is given. Also, this paper discusses the software implementation method of this frame.At last, this paper presents a management system of key equipments and a bottleneck analysis system. These systems are used in the JC-DNC project.
