Among the large and medium scale nation-owned enterprises, the enterprises that produce large-size and small-quantity accessories play an important role. The properties of these enterprises determine that the production management and control will be very complex. Because the production period is very long, the machining procedure is complicated, many bottle-neck equipments are needed and there many disturbed factors during the machining procedure. In order to solve the problems which exist in the management of the above-mentioned enterprises, we must introduce the production management information system to alter the production management and control situation which is base on manual control, and enhance the enterprises' core competence as well.This paper analyses the composing and characters of the production management mode of MRP II, JIT and TOC, compares the advantages with the disadvantages, and analyses the differences on tech and social background detailedly. And then base on the production management system from Chongqing Wangjiang Industry Ltd., after studying the production management and control of those enterprises, this paper presents a new method. This method institutes production plan through MRPII, manages the oriented fitting shop production process, controls the critical, important and long-production-period accessories with OPT on the production line.Finally,uesd the Object-Oriented Method to design the collectivity structure of Production Managmention Systems.And have expatiated the design of database systems,then give the E-R solid model of the production planning and the interrelated structure of data-base in this paper.Based upon the Struts,Spring and the Hibernate Frame,I open out the Production Managmention Systems combined MRP II, JIT and TOC based on the structure of B/S.
