The system of managing informationali -zation and automatization being put in practice will help to grasp the constantly changing information inner and outer the corporation, and facilitate each other department communicate and cooperate to increase competitive ability in the market economy environment Due to the diversified runing forms of our corporations and the restriction of soft corporations developing capability, managing informationalization and automatization don't come to true. If transplanting an abroad management information software, the large cost and practicing effect are the troubles , so it is impossible to transplant for small-scaled and middle-scaled enterprise in Zhujiang Delta Area. Then ,it is very important to develop effective management information system for them.In this thesis, I have researched the runing way of middle-scaled and small-scaled corporation, whose produce is base on orders, and developed an effective management system of production plan ,which take a role in the whole information management system During the course of designing and developing the system, the emphases are the system modeling, the database design and the program developing. The following is the detailed,1.In the chapter 2 of constructing system modeling, first, the manufacture tasks are calculated and the process is described. Then, according to the theory of constraints(TOC), the constraint items and target function of corporation runing are defined and three rules of Heuristic Algorithm are described. At last, the model to arranging production plan by Heuristic Algorithm and the fuzzy logic model to follow the plan be carried out are constructed.2.In the chapter 2 of database design, the method of vector is applied to design data architect of product information and process information. The tables are designed and the procedure to obtain bill of material by material statistics is programmed.3. In the chapter 3 of programming, each sub program is showed and its' function is described. The system had the function of making production plan and dealing with material automatically according to the dynamic orders. The application of the system r improve the rationality of the plan, and can deal timely to the changing order.The system has fullfilled the requirements of corporation information management automatic, and be practiced by the corporation. The system has friendly interface and can be handled and maintenanced by user conveniently.
