Standardization Of Product Data Management System, Implementation Of The Development

In the past several years, as the core department of the enterprise, design, process and product department adopted the leading informationization means: computer aided techniques (CAD, CAPP, CAM) continuously, and the result is good, it is proved that local informationization can improve the market competition power obviously. But as these techniques' application's spreading, some problems get out: electronic information increasing rapidly in the respective department, information is difficult to be archived and queried, the communication between departments still depending on the paper, this indicates the confliction between the leading electronic information and the traditional paper-using management mode.For these problems, some concepts were advanced successively, such as document management system etc. this is the early concept of the Product Data Management, gradually this system is extended, workflow management automation, project management, classification management etc are adopted, and now its functionality is quite perfect, including the full lifecycle of the product, called Product Lifecycle Management. In the world, PDM technique is quite perfect, but it is still in the early phase in our country, using PDM can provide the design, process and product department a central single information lib, can manage the electronic document information of the CAD/CAPP/CAM, and at the same time can give the other departments of the enterprise the right information in time.PDM system can solve the problems of product data management, but the study of standardization of the product information source is rare, this paper, from the standardization of the information source, based on the analysis of main model, file naming, environment settings etc. presents the data creation standard, and implemented it as a system called UCDCS (UG China Data Creation Standard) using the developing tool UG/OpenAPI on the UG system, its using indicates that the standardization of CAD data can make the data exchanging easier, information standardization can be a good foundation of PDM implementation.This paper, as part of the JD Group's informationization construction, built a architecture of it's enterprise informationization system, and mainly designed and developed one subsystem called Product Development System, including the system design, application encapsulation, report and K3 interface developing.Based on the above, for the long-term, high-difficulty and more-department-involving etc. this paper studied the standard implementation method ofenterprise information system, such as PDM, the characteristic of PDM implementation, summarized the standard implementation method, and it has the guiding signification for the implementation of information system.
