The emergence of the Internet is considered to be one of the greatest human basic scientific and technological inventions in the 20th century, the Internet has covered nearly two-thirds of the world’s countries and regions, the number of Internet users are more than 2 billion. In China use the Internet transmission of information data has become part of everyday life. Today, more than 600 million Chinese Internet users, search engines, BBS, social software, and communications have developed rapidly in China in a timely manner. Internet users surfing the Internet information, your comments, since the advent of the era of media, bringing them into a new era of information dissemination. Such an efficient information communication platform, make public opinion was born from here, the interests of the people of the realistic social conflicts and contradictions will be reflected through the media platform. With the development of the media, some of the most sensitive events, spread through the Internet to the media, can rapidly form a network public opinion, if not correct guide will be derived into network public opinion crisis.
