In the traditional meeting management processes, most of the government departments or the use of manual records management way, this way clearly can not meet the needs of information society development. In view of this, the paper decided to develop a town government meeting adapted to the actual management needs of conference room management system, the main contents are as follows:First, the town government R&D background and significance of the system for a simple introduction, research status conference room management system for analysis, learn advanced management concepts conference room;Secondly, the town government meeting actually managed workflow analysis conducted an investigation, through research analysis, the town government there are some problems in the meeting management processes, solve these problems, the business process reengineering process;Then, the town government meeting management and personnel are classified process, and a role for each use case is analyzed, and the overall function of the system architecture has been designed, the main features of the system include are: user management, conference room information management, application management conference, meeting for approval, management participants, conference room and meeting arrangements for managing query and statistical analysis;Finally, business processes and functional requirements of the system’s data processing needs analysis through intuitive display thumbnails of the data flow system, and entity relationship diagram and physical structure of the system design were analyzed.
