In recent years enterprises have been in more demand for the managing information by Internet since the rapid development of Internet and the improvement of economy globalization. Most of Management Information Systems are upgrading from desktop application to net application. The structure of system is upgrading from C/S to B/S. The design based on Web is becoming the common standard of Management Information System. Utilizing more scientific and advanced technology to develop the new generation of Management Information System that satisfies the demand of enterprises now has been an emergent question. This thesis is based on the project "Web Job Management System" of Lotons Company that the author joined. This project is designing a Managemnt Information System based on Web for Lotons Company. In the project the author realized the goals on the whole as one of the major designers by OOA (Object Oriented Analysis) , OOD (Object Oriented Design), UML (Unified Modeling Language) , ASP.NET and coding by C#. The system has embodied the following characters: safe, simple to control, efficient in running and easy to maintain.ASP.NET is a new generation of technology on the .NET. It has many advantages such as basing on module and groupware, separating the codes from pages, improving the efficiency of implement. OOA&D is the mainstream in software engineering. The thesis concludes the experiences that the author utilized above technologies and methods to develop the project synthetically, and puts forward the scheme that utilizing ASP.NET connected with OOA&D is available to develop Web Management Information System now, and introduces several ways to solve some problems in the system.
