Account Payable System Based On Object-Oriented Technology

Account Payable System is a module in managing soft ware "Purchasing Managing System" within an enterprise, the other two modules--Stock Module and Depository Business Module have been finished and have been using in the company. In order to make system design good; strong and maintainability good and avoid the hard situation appeared in the previous assignment, use the system of Object-Oriented Technology analysis and design. This is the first time that I have analyzed and design the Object-Oriented. Also, the first time within the company.Follow the model of Unified Process (UP) in the process of analysis and design, first of all, to comprehend the require of the users, we can get a functionality requirement and a non-functionality requirement. On the base of these requirements, with the use case model and draw use case diagram to communicate with the users according to the requirement; Secondly, produce system sequence diagram with the check of the examples and make sure of the exchange between the uses and the system. Thirdly, distinguish different concepts in the question field and save the results in the field models and add relationship and attribute for the field model. Fourthly, apply GRASP to design the object, design the use case realization and assign the duty to make sequence diagram and class diagram. Finally, use rational Rose to produce kind model on the basis of further development. Make User Interface (UI) prototype according to class design, and communicate with the users with the prototype.The process made at the base of Object-Oriented analysis and design has been used formally. Because the communication with the users is enough and apparent requirement have been got, then places to be corrected has been reduced greatly. When the requirements have changed, it is convenient to correct and the influence to other parts is also small and easily findable and it is convenient to maintenance. Through this operation, Object-Oriented Technology impressed mw more deeply, I learnt Object-Oriented thinking method and mastered the method and procedure of Object-Oriented analysis and design.The operation to this item reached pre-determined aim, I created a well-design, strong and maintainability good process. Meanwhile, other colleagues in our company learnt the advantage of Object-Oriented Technology. we'll make the previous item better and use the method in the future development.
