Research And Analysis Of Counselor Affairs Management System

With the larger scale of the Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University, counselors’work is increasingly complex overelaborate, so only the traditional manual management mode for counselors’ transaction can’t meet the needs of the school, and also do not tally with the information construction of universities. In order to improve the efficiency and ensure the quality of counselors’ work, according to the specific needs of Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University, this paper proposed the research and analysis of the transaction management system for counselors on the based of research results of management system.This article introduces the project background of the transaction management system for counselors and the research and application status of similar system, discusses the significance and importance of the project and elaborates main content of research. About business analysis, business to the system is described through the analysis of the organizational structure and business problems, and original business process is analyzed and reengineered using activity diagram. About function analysis, according to the role analysis of counsellor, student and system administrator, overall use case and a series of sub use cases of system are analyzed based on the use case diagram and the overall functional architecture and sub-function modules are analyzed based on the package diagram. In the stage of data analysis, functional data is analyzed using the class thumbnail and the correlation of entity class is analyzed through the class diagram of system concept. Finally, the paper summarizes the content of the research, expounds the main work which I participated in, points out the further research and perfect of the project.
