| The implementation of the system from the two phase of construction site audit, audit Engineering (AO) and audit management system (OA) has been put into use, the audit organs at all levels to actively respond to the Audit Commission to promote advanced auditing methods, and actively explore new audit mode under the information technology environment, promote and improve audit efficiency and quality of work "requirement, the audit informatization has made remarkable achievements. However, in the current application of audit system, both the AO and OA systems, or auditing organs at all levels of information technology personnel development system, generally around the direction of audit services, improving process efficiency, the development of audit, all belong to the internal audit platform, but in practical work, because the audit department is established. Many of the audit of the audited entity to the content, the process does not understand, this requires the construction of an audit organ and the auditee communication platform, a public audit project management system.This paper first introduces the system of the public management of audit project research background, significance and status of research and application at present, the main research contents of this thesis, then, in business requirement analysis, a detailed analysis of the entity under audit and auditors to audit the project of public management system, including management, audit staff audit plan, audit project management, project schedule management, document audit by audit institutions and management; in the functional analysis, through the use case analysis and use case description of audit projects, public management system in detail; secondly, in the data analysis, the function of data analysis, entity relationship analysis and database table, the public audit project management system is analyzed.
