Case Study Of Software Requirement Development Management Of H Integrator

For software projects,it is easier to get better results by effectively managing the software requirement stage.If the errors in the requirement phase are found and corrected in the subsequent phases of software testing and software operation and maintenance in the project life cycle,a lot of time and labor costs will be lost.Through in-depth research on software project requirements development management of H Integrator,taking the problems existing in software project requirements development management as the breakthrough point,through studying the related theoretical contents of requirements development management,using case analysis,literature research and investigation,this paper analyzes and studies the problems existing in software project requirements acquisition,requirements analysis,specification writing and requirements development management process of H Integrator in the process of development and management.Through the fishbone diagram,the influencing factors of the case are analyzed,and the case is analyzed with the theory of demand development.Aiming at the problems of H Integrator’s software project stakeholders’ inaccurate identification,lack of scientific requirements analysis tools,failure to prioritize demand and lack of management system in demand development management process,this paper puts forward solutions.Draw the map of project stakeholders,analyze the project requirements model by using SERU process framework,prioritize the project requirements by using KANO model,and finally form a set of effective requirements development management scheme for H Integrator software project by designing project requirements development management documents,planning requirements development management process and putting forward key nodes and corresponding control contents.Analyzing the problems existing in the project requirements development and management and putting forward the corresponding solutions are of great significance to the cost control of H integrator’s software projects,and provide reference for other system integration enterprises with the same software project operation mode in requirements development and management.
