Research And Analysis On Case Information Management System Of Shijie Branch Of Dongguan Public Security Bureau

In the globalization of economy and information back, government organizations and institutions of the management information system has become an important research topic, information as an important resource has become an important driving force of social development. The public security department in our country how to further promote the information construction of police administration department, make the information become an important driving force for the reform of public security work innovation is that we must study of subject. China’s large population base, social mobility of population, public security management increasingly complex, early case information management system has been unable to meet the current case management needs, so how to establish an advanced and comprehensive public security case management information system has become the urgent need of the public security bureau.Firstly, this thesis introduces the research background of Dongguan Public Security Bureau Shijie branch case information management system, discusses the research and application of the same system, the significance of the research, the development status of the research, the main contents and the main work of this thesis;In functional analysis, the through case analysis and use case description, clear the function of the system, the overall function of the system is given in this thesis package and function package diagram, including management unit, the case acceptance, summoned to ask management, case handling, archiving closed management and system management sub package diagram; in data analysis, the every function of system of the need to deal with data were analyzed, given the entity relationship diagram, establishing the database table structure; finally, the dissertation summarizes the study and analysis of the work and further work is prospected.
