Research And Analysis On Activity Management System Of Pingxiang College

In this paper, taking the organization and management of the Arts Festival of Ping-xiang University as a research background, and according to the shortcomings of the traditional management mode, pointed out the research significance of information mana-gement, meanwhile,combined with the current status of research and application, ascertained the main research goals and research contents.According to the management system of the Arts Festival of Pingxiang University, this paper analyzed the business, function and data of the system by using the principles and methods of software engineering.In the business analysis, the existing problems, the organization, and the original business processes in the system are analyzed, and given the optimized business processes by using business process diagram.In functional analysis, according to the data flow analysis and data dictionary, ascertains the function of the system, and the overall functional architecture of the system and the functional modules are given, including program management, enrollme-nt management, funds management, preliminary management, final management and basic information management.E-Rdiagram is given in data analysis for the function of the system, and the database table structure is established.The research and analysis of the work are summarized, and the further work is prospected in the last part of the paper.
