Design And Implementation Of Business Process Management System To Support Mobile Business

The BPM (Business Process Management) has been widespread used in the manufacturing industry, sales and technical service enterprise to manage assets and the daily business operations. Privilege management especially needs a strict process management to eradicate any potential safety loophole. The current research hot-points in BPM contain both theory aspects and the practical application about the management in enterprises. It is a new challenge to BPM that the mobile communication techniques are widely used now, which is also a great opportunity for BPM applied in enterprise management efficiently.This paper discusses both the theories and practices about BPM, and then combines software engineering theory, such as requirements analysis, object-oriented design and agile development, to give some general design disciplines according to the requirements analysis submitted to the system infrastructure design requirements. The design must be ensured to good style, while taking into account performance requirements. It is hoped that a design for large-scale online business system infrastructure ideas can be found, which benefits in accumulating experience of designing other types of business systems.The MBS-BPM system designed in this paper is a multi-layer software system, which can be divided into three different layers:data access level, business logic layer, and presentation layer. This system is the BPM designed to be accessed and operated by the Internet. It contains multiple types of end-point devices. Compared with the traditional one, the advantage of MBS-BPM system is its lower store IT investment, low-cost system maintenance, as well as the advantages of a unified business-related data. It can also provide report analysis, mobile services, and etc., which the traditional PMS system cannot provide. The system is applied in a company for process management and it makes great improvements.
