The design tends to build a three-dimensional model map and operational management processes, at the same time, clarifying the internal relations between project archives management and project construction management, highlighting the supervision and guidance of Archives Management Department in project archives management, clearing the responsibilities of each party of project construction, creating a new responsibility system of project archives management and proposing several methods about enterprise project archives management, such as contract commitment, synchronization management, process controlling and transfer checking.Then the paper provides a process optimization and improvement for management procedures of project archives and use 5W1H questioning techniques to analyze the activities of key processes to detail the management process of project archives. It also introduces the concept of the project life cycle management, and proposes the project archives management requirements in different project life cycle stages. Finally it has an analysis on the acceptance of project archives being at the finishing phase and proposes the conditions, methods and contents about the acceptance of project archives.In short, based on the analysis of existing project archives management, the whole paper proposes a new solution, which has a practical significance to guide the enterprise management of fixed assets investment projects.
