Analysis And Design Of The Investment Budget Management System In Capital Construction Projects Of Universities

The budget management system is a kind of software system to achieve budget management mechanism with information technology which is being applied rapidly. But in the present investment budget management process in capital construction projects of universities manually ways are adopted mainly. Several problems are becoming increasingly prominent such as worse efficiency and larger budget implementation deviation. Therefore, it is particularly urgent to build an effective investment budget management system for capital construction projects of universities.In this paper on the basis of improving the investment budget an information system is designed and implemented on investment budget management mechanism in capital construction of universities according to software engineering. The system is developed on the platform of.NET according to the system of C/S. In this system many fuctions are implemented such as budget quotas managements, budget compilation, budget approval, budget implementation, budget freezing, budget controlling and analysis which improve largely work efficiency of investment budget management.In this paper the adaptation on the system platform is analyzed and the contents are described on system implementation and maintenance. This paper has done some explorations in the developments on investment budget management system in capital construction projects of universities by applying software engineering in the investment budget management mechanism.
