Investment In Construction Projects And Control System Design And Implementation

Investment control of construction projects, as one of the important research subjects, is an issue concerned about enhancing investment benefits on the basis of ensuring that the quality of the projects being complied with the specification and design standards and making sure that the projects completed on schedule. For a long time, investment on domestic capital construction project is mainly managed by administration means. Along with the economic globalization and technical development, the scale of construction projects is becoming larger and more and more complicated. The construction projects are of great importance in the whole industry. Due to the long periods of construction, numerous involved parties, complicated techniques and wider geographical disperse, large-scale construction projects are generally faced with the problems of information communication.In this thesis, at the first, we discussed the main conceptions of investment control of construction projects and its history; secondly, we analyze the system requirements, build model and design information systems of cost control by using Unified Modeling Language; finally, in practice, we realize and test the system by using ASP.NET Model-View-Controller and Rational Unified Process. By analyzing and researching to the related technologies and implementing the practical system, the practical issues can be tarkled which focus on how to control and track the investments of the engineering projects with university-background.
