According to the relevant provisions of the "Economic Evaluation Method and Parameters of Construction Projects" jointly promulgated by the State Planning Commission and the Ministry of Construction,the project economic evaluation system is built on the basis of the theory.The economic evaluation of investment construction projects is an important part of the project proposal and feasibility study report.It is the economic basis for project decision-making.It is also an important basis for the project design task book review and control of the investment amount.The content is the input and output of the proposed project.Various economic factors are investigated,calculated and analyzed,and investment feasibility analysis and best solutions are obtained.The project economic evaluation is in the early stage of project management in the enterprise project management process.The economic evaluation plus the project reserve pool forms a perfect pre-project management system,and combined with other information systems to form a closed-loop project management process,but the similar software currently popular in the market.All are stand-alone software,although they can meet the analysis of project economic evaluation,but can not be connected with other management systems within the enterprise to achieve information sharing.At the same time,within the enterprise,investment project management involves multiple departments,personnel,C/S The architecture is also difficult to meet multi-person collaboration.Therefore,based on the SSM open source framework,this project designs and implements a WEB-B/S architecture investment project economic evaluation system.
