Personnel management is increasingly important in the business enterprise development process, not only related to employees of enthusiasm for work, but also about the business in the market competition in the strength and sustainability. Authority and power compared to general business and management personnel is more complex, much larger range of management, relying solely on simple manual management methods, completely unable to keep pace with the development of power supply bureau. Therefore, need a scientific and reasonable, high degree of information technology, management practices, comprehensive analysis, and human resources management system decision support analysis.This paper introduces the research background, research status similar products, as well as the main content of the work and my project research.
