Analysis And Design Of Management Information System Of Residential Property Service Fees In Zhongshan City

In this paper, we use the idea of object-oriented to analysis and design the property service filing management system(PSFMS) for Zhongshan prices bureau. Firstly, we introduce the background and significance of this research, then expounds the main work and research content. Second, we analysis the requirements for PSFMS, mainly including business requirement, functional requirements, data requirements.In business requirements analysis on the system activity diagrams are given; In function requirement analysis of system use case diagrams are given. Third, detail design of PSFMS. In our design step, we first make a system overall design, then function module design. We division our system into five modules, which include enterprise information management, filing acceptance, data review, grading management and system management. And then make a detail design for each module. On function module design package diagram, class diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram are given. Entity class diagram, E-R diagram are used in database design. Fourth, we make a detailed summary, elaborated the main work in this research.The requirement analysis and system design has been completed, providing a powerful guarantee for the development of the next step.
