This system is based on the current multimedia equipment management of Xinhui Overseas Chinese Middle School, the system used OOM (object oriented method) to analyze and design.Firstly, this paper introduces the analysis and design background and significance of Xinhui Overseas Chinese Middle School Multimedia Device Management Information System, the present application situation and research status of the topic are introduced in detail, and it described the design goals and the main work what I have done. Secondly, the requirement analyses of the system are described in detail, including business requirement analyses, function requirement analyses, data requirement analyses, and nonfunctional requirement analyses. The activity diagrams of the system business process are showed in business requirement analyses; case diagrams of the system are showed in function requirement analyses, and the use cases are described in detail; it shows system conceptual graphs and class diagram thumbnail representations in data requirement analyses, nonfunctional requirement mainly analyzes from the environmental requirement, performance requirement and security requirement. Then, in the design of the system, it has been the general and function module design, including equipment assignment management, equipment repair management, equipment booking management, equipment obsolete management, basic information management, system management and other functional modules. In the function module design of the system, it shows the function structure diagrams, class diagrams, sequence diagrams and process activity diagrams, the design content of this paper is described in detail. In the design of the database, mainly uses entity class diagrams, E-R diagrams and database table structure to design in detail. Finally, the paper summarizes the research contents, expounds the author’s main work, points out the deficiencies of the paper, and prospects the further work.The paper has initially completed the overall design of the system, and it has laid the foundation for the future development and research work of this system.
