Research And Analysis On Archives Management System Of Zhongshan Technician 's College

With the thirty-year development, Zhongshan Technician College’s teaching has been affirmed by the public under the dedication of the teachers and the students. At the request of the pubilc, the college has expanded the enrollment. Meanwhile a lot of archival documents are being created. These archives, which have witnessed the contribution of the teachers and the students over these years, are a kind of valuable resources essential to the college. However, the archives management is far behind. In order to improve the efficiency and the effictiveness, it is necessary to introduce the modern information technology into the archives management.Firstly, the paper’s background is introduced to explain the purpose and the significance of the construction of the archives management computering system. And the paper details the research including the methods and the technical route. Secondly, the principles and methods of the software engineering are used in the requirements analysis of the system, including the operational analysis, the functional analysis, and the data analysis, with the Unified Modeling Language. In the aspect of the operational analysis, the activity diagram is used to analysize and interpret the original process of the archives management, while the swim lane diagram is used to interptret the optimization of the original business process, In the aspect of the functional analysis, the case diagram is used to analysis the relationship among the roles, among the ues cases and between the roles and the use cases; the package diagram is used to elaborate the content of the topic with the structure design of the system function modules, which include the filing management, the archives loan management, the file-transferring management, the file-destroying management, the classification statistics and the system management. In the aspect of the data analysis, the conceptual calss diagram is used in the whole control of the data analysis; the thumbnail class diagram is gived to the interface class, the control class and the entity class of the appropriate work. According to the ER diagram which is used to analysize the relationship between the entity class, the structure of the database is built. Finally, the paper summarizes the contents of the study, explainsthe writer’s main work, points out the shortcomingsand prospects the future.
