Research And Analysis On The Management System Of Students' Disciplinary Punishment In Jiangmen Technical College

Based on the present disciplinary management situation of the Jiangmen Technician College, this thesis analyzed and studied students’ disciplinary management system by using structured approach. The system not only can facilitate punishment management, but also can reduce teacher’s workload, management and the relevant departments of the leadership work,which strive to achieve efficient management.To begin with, this thesis introduces the research background of students’ disciplinary management system and the significance of the project. It states the present research and application state from the point of view of the management and the existing problems of the disciplinary actions against university students in the Jiangmen Technician College. Furthermore, The establishment of this system to the research and analysis of the content; secondly the current students of Jiangmen technician college disciplinary management methods are analyzed, are analyzed in this paper. According to the Jiangmen Municipal Institute of organization structure, business process and management method of the existing problems, and gives the transformation of the business process, the original business the process in the management of defects, And it analyzes the convenience and the scientific nature of the modified operation processes in detail.In functional analysis, the function of the system is clear through the data flow analysis and data dictionary, the overall structure of the functional architecture of the system and each function module are provides in the paper, including the disciplinary action audit, the management of disciplinary action notification, parents’ notification and the cancellation of a disciplinary punishment. And the function of each functional module in the system management is stated in the thesis. In the data analysis, which gives the E-R diagram and establishes the database table structure; finally, I summarized the research and analysis of Jiangmen technician college students disciplinary sanctions in place management system and the lack of work, a clear direction for future work and expectations.This thesis has completed a preliminary research and analysis on the management system of discipline sanction of the Jiangmen Technician College Students, laying a solid foundation for the development of this system in the future, study on the design and implementation of the work.
