Implementation Of Multidisciplinary Simulation Data And Process Management Platform

With the aid of computer technology in CAD industry, CAE-based design has almost became a usual practice, also, the arising of the complexity in CAD design and the need of multi-disciplinary simulation leads to the rising demand of data management for multi-disciplinary simulation. At the same time, because of the lack of management for multi-disciplinary simulation process, data island and information circulation has become a big problem.In view of this situation, based on the analysis of the current multi-disciplinary data management and process management, the targeted architecture for service, data management and technique is represented. The platform adopts Service-Oriented Architecture-based B/S and C/S mixed service architecture model, using SOOA as the basis for implementation. The data architecture is component based with single point optimization for large volume, multi-format, unstructured multi-disciplinary simulation data. The platform provides realization technology of multi-layer based on JavaEE.In the platform, the way to define and classify the multi-disciplinary simulation data and process is represented, which is the basis of the platform. Then give a shot at the scheme of data storage and archiving. After that, the way to reuse the multi-disciplinary simulation data is represented. At last, based on the data management platform, three kinds of data integration scheme is presented.According to the feature of multi-disciplinary simulation process, the platform provides a framework for process management. Also, a process repository, consisted of query, similarity search, merge for display, version control and template control, is presented. A means to semi-automated multi-disciplinary simulation based on the process management technology is given at the end.Finally, through a practical case, the means to use the platform to finish a multi-disciplinary simulation task based on three kinds of roles, the manager, the analyst and expert, is represented, which indicates that the platform is fit for multi-disciplinary simulation data management and process management.
