With the pace of social development is accelerating, the demand for talent and social requirements have improved, students only constantly quality and cultural level, in order to adapt to and meet the needs and requirements of society. During the period of school students, in order to better motivate students exercise their own, to enhance the level of knowledge, the school will reward and encourage some excellent and outstanding achievements of students, in order to promote the students more initiative.This thesis mainly for Dongguan Science Institute of Technology Student rewards and punishments, and the integrated management system of research and analysis work, from Dongguan and Institute of internal organizational structure of analysis and optimization, it is concluded that the optimized business process through the understanding of the original system processes. The system can accurately improve business processes; in addition, but also for the functional analysis, to analyze the function of system by use case, and also gives the function package diagram to explain the function of the system, including basic data management, student management, comprehensive quality evaluation management, grants, Honor Award and discipline punishment system management, data management and other functions in the package diagram; complete the analysis of business analysis and function, the necessary function for the system generated by the analysis of the data, and make specific analysis to complete control of the class diagram and entity class diagram, which also gives the thumbnail class and database table analysis..
