Research And Analysis On Attendance Management System Of Public Security Patrol

In order to solve the existing problems in the social security patrol in the past, strengthen the supervision of auxiliary police team, improve the result of social security patrol, and maintain the Dong Guan District social order and stability, the Dong Guan Public Security Bureau decides to arm this auxiliary police team with the help of advanced information technology to carry on the design of social security patrol supervisory system.Security patrol attendance management system is the sub system of the security patrol management platform, which consists of two parts including platform application system for command and dispatch center and the handheld terminal for security patrol. This paper focuses on the research of analysis method platform application system for command and dispatch center. In the course of the study of the system, the object-oriented analysis and design methods, the prototyping and the rapid application development are used. This thesis has mainly completed research tasks as follows:Firstly, the research background, the research significance, the research and application status of the present has been expounded, and the research work of this thesis has been explicit.Secondly, in the business analysis stage, the existing problems of the system, organization and the original business process have been analyzed. the original functions has been restructured based on business process reengineering, which including the business of scheduling management, attendance register, attendance set and attendance statistics.Thirdly, in the functional analysis phase, through the case analysis, the division of the functions and roles has been explicit. The package diagram of the total function and sub functions has been designed and analyzed, and the sub package diagrams include the business of scheduling management, attendance register, attendance set and attendance statistics.Last but not least, in the data analysis phase, the functions of the system data have been analyzed, and the entity class diagram and database tables have been designed. Finally, the paper is summarized and prospected.
