Because of the rapid development of digital office, now most of the administrative, enterprises generally use office automation system to deal with daily affairs, government document processing operation efficiency of the system largely determines the efficiency units of office automation. This system is based on the people’s Government of Dongguan Sha Tin of Party and government document processing system development and application of practice as the object of study, using the idea of object oriented analysis and design, and uses the B/S architecture. This thesis analyzes the people’s Government of Dongguan Sha Tin of Party and government document processing system software requirements, the main business needs (for a given business process system activity diagram), functional requirements (given the system use case diagrams and use case descriptions), data requirements (concept classes and class diagrams are given in the thesis a thumbnail representation). Based on the above analysis, designed the function module corresponding, including document management, debt management, document statistics query, document borrowing management, documents management and other functional modules. This thesis gives the system function structure diagram, class diagram and sequence diagram package, at the same time, the thesis adopts the table structure design E-R map and database to analyze, describe the database. The last part of the thesis summarizes the people’s Government of Dongguan Sha Tin system design of Party and government document processing research content, analyzes the processing system design inadequacies in the party and government documents and planning for the next research direction.
