Design And Implementation Of Countygovernment E-Government Official Document Transfer System

In today's information age,the operation process and document data management of government departments are placed in the information platform,which greatly improves the business of government departments and the management of related information.The application of information technology to government office and the realization of government office automation can not only enhance the ability of government departments to serve the masses,but also improve the data management technology of document circulation.At the same time,it can also promote the rapid development of E-government in China.In view of the current situation of document circulation in our country,this dissertation explores the application of information technology in document circulation,designs and develops this document circulation system through continuous practice and research,and applies it to its own work.This dissertation synthesizes the knowledge and methods of project management and software engineering,uses SQL Server database on.NET development platform,and integrates workflow to complete the development of the system.Firstly,this dissertation analyses and explores the background,purpose and significance of the project and the current research situation at home and abroad,and briefly introduces the contents to be studied.At the same time,it briefly describes the technologies and methods to be used in the system development.Secondly,in the stage of requirement analysis,through the analysis of the business status of the system,the difficulties faced by the system design are elaborated;through the analysis of the functional requirements of the system,the main functions that the system needs to achieve are put forward;through the analysis of the system performance requirements,the system performance and overall framework are designed.Through the analysis of the data flow of the system,the data flow diagram and database of the system are designed,including the field information of the database table and ER chart;through the analysis of the overall framework of the system,the main functional modules of the system are designed.Thirdly,in the stage of system implementation,the actual results are shown through the workflow and part of the design code presented by the actual operation of the system.Finally,in the system testing phase,the database testing,function testing and security testing are briefly described.In the function design of the system,the workflow technology is applied to make the functions of the software better adapt to the actual workflow.It mainly implements the main functions of document processing,receiving and sending,archiving,and user management.By testing the performance of the document circulation system in practice,the main functions of the system can be realized normally.All the expected functions of the system can be implemented normally,running smoothly,and the design of the system is reasonable.
