In current society, with the rapid development of the computer technology, the Internet has penetrated in every corner of life and work, now the information network between various government departments has not been able to meet the requirements of each link, the original document processing approach has not been able to meet the requirements of the use of digital information and communication coordination and control. So, according to the current requirements of information sharing by the wide coverage, control stability, high efficiency and low cost, modern document processing system must be established to realize the information transmission, analysis, sorting, collection and sharing.The paper begin with the introduction of the basic situation of Qilin Audit Office's document processing system, under the condition of use of document processing system, aim to expound the situation of Qilin Audit Office's existing office management process, which is single and the coverage is not comprehensive, then using the related knowledge of software engineering and the corresponding methods, analyses and research the system. In business analysis section, the flow chart is used to describe the various stages of Qilin Audit Office's document processing steps, the paperless office tends to be practical. In functional analysis section, the system use case diagram is used to express each part of the function of document processing system in detail, which including function modules as record management, post management, information management, dispatch supervisory management, document filing management, basic information management, and system management. In data analysis section, class diagram is used to describe the composition of the system function structure.
