Analysis And Design Of Dongguan Public Security Patrol Command And Dispatching System

In order to adapt the new situation of Dong Guan’s society and economicdevelopment, solve the existing problems in the social security patrol in the past, strengthenthe supervision of auxiliary police team, improve the result of social security patrol, and maintainthe Dong Guan District social order and stability, the Dong Guan Public Security Bureaudecides to arm this auxiliary police team with the help of advanced information technology tocarry on the design of social security patrol supervisory system.This thesis has mainly completed research tasks as follows:1) Upon the request of improving patrolling management, we raise the model suitable for municipal police basic level requirement after deeply investigating their daily jobs and demands of the system.Besides, the flexibility and expansibility of the system are also discussed in the paper.2) Upon the key technology of municipal patrolling management system, the researchmainly includes following aspects:firstly, we take the use of GPS technology toprecisely position patrolling vehicles and officers; secondly, we take the use of GPRS transmission mode to deliver positioning data and assure the reliability; thirdly, To cope with the GIS shortcomings, the technology of BaiDu Map API is used to design the Small Geographic Information System in small and medium-sized cities; Fourthly, we use databases to store information and check existing or historysituations.3) The distributed system structure of platform application to the public securitydepartment and mobile phone client application to team members of the auxiliary police team have been identified, and have carried on the overall plan and detailed design of platform and mobile phone client applications separately.4) The technology of Baidu Map API is used to design Web GIS platform in the platform application system. Besides, the three layer structure has been designed based on the client, application server and data server, and achieves the aims of position monitoring, case disposal, task distribution, track monitoring, patrol regional management,statistical analysis, etc.5)The mobile phone client application uses the technologies of Brew API,GPSmobile positioning and Telecom3G wireless communication technology, andachieves the aims of position information reporting, case reporting, my task, and so on for team members of the auxiliary police team.
