Design And Implementation Of A New Real-time Electronic Patrol System

With the rapid development of our country's Real Estate, the wide application of information and technology, as well as the gradual implement of the intellectualized system in the housing estate, modernized safeguarding installations ( closed -circuit television monitoring system, exit and entry controlling system, alarming system and Patrol System) have become the hotspot investments in the construction of intellectualized housing estate. The achievement of research and development in this field bears extensive foreground in its application and enormous benefits both socially and economically. Then , the author brings forth the composing of the software structure of IENPS and designs monitoring software of this system. This author has designed the processing flow, course-controlling, data structure and user's interface of each components of the software. Finally , the monitoring software of IENPS is turned out. The author brings forth the main program structure and the user's interface, as well as gives a brief account of the application of this software.
