The development of the society continues to ask Policing patrol to meet the newerand higher requirements.“Digital Patrol" as a new policing model has been introducedduring several police application deployment.“Digital Patrol" is based on satellite positioning along with the ’flat patrol command mode’, the City Public Security Bureau also confirmed&suggested to establish “Digital Patrol" policing model in the future.According to the research background and our actual situation, this article will focus on the "Digital Patrol" in How to develop&implement the "Digital Patrol" platform.The main research contents include the following aspects:1. Background research of "Digital Patrol" model. Discuss the current research status in this area all around world, feasibility in both technology and demands.2. Analysis of the technique and key technology. Domestic and international leading technology has been applied during the system establishment which guaranteed smooth implementation of the system.3. The patrol command analysis. Analysis of the current issues in patrol control service and discussed the possible improvements in patrol control service.4. In “Digital Patrol" model, the key parts are WebGIS technology and GPS technology and application of communication technology. Introduce the technical and key technology which used by "Digital patrol" platform.5. Establish Hangzhou Public Security Bureau digital patrol GPS command platform. According to the above study, implement the platform based on the system design. Analyses the key issues which might influence the platform function&performance.6.System test. Through many kinds of test methods and test cases, test the functionality of the system, allowing the system to achieve the desired effect.
