Earth station of SARFT is the base and the hub to launch national radio and television satellite programs. It is very important to make the broadcast equipment operate in security and stability. And it is a base work to patrol the work state of Broadcast equipment. As the management and technical shortcomings, the existing methods can not accurately reflect the time the status of broadcasting equipment operation, which is very unfavorable to ensure the stable operation of broadcast systems. So, the development of advanced intelligent inspection system will help to improve the security and reliability of the broadcast equipment.In this paper, through the applications of Radio frequency identification technology and wireless communication technology, intelligent polling system has been researched and designed, which carries out the wireless real-time transmission of inspection data; Achieved the purpose of sync update between a state of emergency and inspection plans. At the same time, giving the managers who makes the inspect plans with detailed data records. It is the first step to achieving the intelligence of the inspection work.In this paper, firstly the hardware platforms and the embedded operating systems used in the development of inspection system are introduced. Secondly, we take the C/S architecture system which based on the .NET framework to make the system architecture design. The radio frequency identification technology was used to differ devices. We can automatically access to the interface of the inspection parameters according to the identification result, the parameters are filled by users; The patrol system is connected to the GPRS network, and the real time data is transferred to the database through the GPRS network. After that, the data are analyzed and saved by the servers. Finally, the software of client and server are developed. The result shows that the patrol system which has friendly interface and convenient operation meets the requirements of system indicators.
