Nowadays,the development of traditional media face to either chance and challenge in the condition of Internet history background and epoch topic. This thesis emphasis on the trend of contemporary media industries development.It is that’Industrial Convergence’. Several sorts of research methods were comprehensive used to analysis the development situation and problems has been meet. Meanwhile,put forward valuable suggestion and strategy innovation methods.In an attempt to resolve the problems below:①In the affect of new technology,what i is the affect that the emergence of competition and monopolize gives to industrial convergence and market mechanisms adjustment.②The general trend of international media development, the problems and status of China.③The methods、way and strategies for traditional media get into industrial convergence.Chapter one introduced background and framework of writing. Chapter two fully defined associate theory which will have a great help for reader to understand this article.Chapter three is the main chapter.Debating from the characteristic of wed times to the concept of "New Media",also analyzing the meaning、method and effect of media convergence deeply. Discussing two topic of media convergence, that is publish industry digitization and TV broadcasting industry integration.Overall,turn to the feasible method, way、route and model of media convergence. Pointing out the misunderstanding and experience from some excellent case.Which will be beneficial to traditional media industry’s reform、innovation、transformation and convergence.
