From the medium fusion to media convergence,media has been undergoing remodeling media survival patterns of change.It has been 30 years since its theory came true.This topic is a hot topic in the field of modern western media,and it has been highly regarded in our country.Media convergence refers to many things.The writer of this article takes the LS daily as the object of the research,and researches the strategy choice and implementation of newspapers,so that he can help LS Daily work better,and he can also provide reference for local newspapers.During the past year,with the development of the new media,all the traditional newspaper industries became recession,and the advertising revenue showed a trend of decline,as a result,a “closed tide” came again as well as some traditional newspaper industries with long history had no choice but to go bankrupt.Under such a background,LS Daily which once had a monopoly advantage can?t be an exception.It faces many problems,such as the decrease in circulation,decline in advertising as well as the loss of readers.There is an urgent need for its transformation development.Studies shows that LS Daily the reason why suffered unprecedented development dilemma,on the one hand,is subject to the constraints of administrative system,the degree of marketization is not enough;on the other hand mainly positioning is not clear,still stay operational thinking in the traditional,institutional mechanisms is relatively backward,especially in the use of mobile Internet and new media "zero as".Newspaper media to promote the integration of the development strategy is to establishment conforms to the trend of the times of the editing,operation and management,all media platform,promote the transformation and upgrading of the newspaper,which developed into the scale and industrialization of modern media group.Combined with the development of domestic and foreign media research,from the perspective of corporate strategy,to LS Daily development status and existing problems,internal and external environment,its advantages and disadvantages were comprehensive analysis,finally put forward the development strategy of media convergence and analysis,planning and design,put forward the feasible path and suggestions.Through the study of domestic and foreign media fusion success stories,sorted experience measures,it is recommended LS Daily to clarify the issue,deepen the reform of institutional mechanisms,reconstruction of organization and reconstruction of the editing process,strengthening the media personnel training,overall planning,to promote the special and overcome barriers and accelerate the realization of the cross industry,cross regional media group,which is building the development by leaps and bounds.This study provides a basis for the development of LS Daily media convergence,but also for the development of media convergence is preparing to upgrade the LS Daily provides a reference and guidance.
