A new wave of “media convergence” has emerged in China since “media convergence” became the national strategy in 2014.Newspapers and periodicals are all developing towards to new media.After several years' exploration and practice,there are some innovative integration measures.In order to promote the media convergence of newspapers and periodicals,and the transformation of national newspaper and periodical media,The State Administration of Radio Film and Television selected “30 best newspaper and periodical media convergence innovation cases” in 2016.This paper takes these 30 cases as the research object,and selected five newspaper cases to do detailed analysis.They are People's Daily,Guangming Daily,Zhejiang Daily Press Group,Shenzhen Press Group,West China City Daily.With the help of inductive reasoning,this paper mainly uses the literature research method,case analysis method and comparative analysis method to study the current literature and reports on the convergence of newspapers and media.Combining with the transformation measures in these cases,this paper summarizes the common measures and creative measures taken by these newspapers from the aspects of content convergence,channel convergence,platform convergence,channel convergence,management convergence and management convergence.According to the analysis of these cases,this paper gets the conclusion that the newspaper media should maintain the main position of ideological propaganda,persist in journalism-orientation,establish the All-media platform by science and technology,innovate product forms and operation management mode with Internet paradigm.In addition,they should hedge the problems that appear in these cases,such as paying too much attention on the mode but ignore their own situation and function of newspapers.
