| It is acknowledged that as the linear broadcast media program is the basic unit of television broadcast. No matter how television internal organizational structure and management hierarchy are performed, the function and status ofprogram is clear and irreplaceable. Producer is the center of the organization and domination of the program. Therefore it can be said that television is a producer media.It is extremely essential to research the producer management after clearing this point. With the continuous development of society and media,television has been exploring the scientific and efficient program production management, which has become the urgent realistic subject for current TV reform from traditional administrative management to the program producersystem and then to the independent producer system.The producer system is the producer-centered TV production management and operation system. There is no doubt that producer system breaks through the rigid traditional TV administrative management system and releasestremendous creativity and productivity, which becomes an important force to promote the TV market reform. However, as a partial system, the producer system is far from being a truly market-oriented system practically. Its implementation is insufficient to completely change the chronic problems of the TV system. Instead, these chronic problems are becoming the fetters of the improvement and development of the producer system.Taking the Economy Life Channel of Inner Mongolia Radio and Television Station as the study object, this thesis analyses the producer system operation of this channel, explores the problems and reasons in operation and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures. The thesis is mainly composed of seven parts:first, introduction; second, basic questions about the producer and producer system; third, the Economy Life Channel producer system operation and authority; fourth, the Economy Life Channel producer system problems and reasons; fifth, the Economy Life Channel producer system improvement measures; sixth, the double-track system is the future television producer system; seventh, conclusion. There are both macroscopic theory combing and summary and reflection about the production management practice, especially the exploration on the construction, methods and regulation of the producer system. On this basis, the thesis attempts to outline the future television producer system.The producer system operation of the Economy Life Channel is a microcosm of Inner Mongolia Radio and Television Station, which is also a basic pattern of the current national television producer system operation.Therefore, the research on producer system of the Economy Life Channel has universal significance. So this thesis can provide some reference to the future production management practice for the Economy Life Channel, Inner Mongolia Radio and Television Station and even the national television station. |
