With the rapid development of computer network and communication technology,human society not only strides forward from the industrial society to the information society,but also changes the way of people's communication.In the past,communities mainly relied on simple blood and geographical attributes.With the popularity of the Internet and the wide application of network technology,people's daily communication and activities are no longer limited by time and space,subverting the traditional interpersonal structure.The media,especially the Internet,provide the conditions for the free aggregation between people.On the basis of information dissemination,it has formed a user group that can share emotion,culture and values.The continuous development of society is the source and driving force of the progress of media technology,which promotes the evolution of community.In the Internet era,fan economy and social economy have emerged,and their influence is growing.Internet technology makes the community function continue to extend,and the development speed of its commercial value is faster and faster.Based on this,the continuous enlargement of community value has given birth to "social economy".With the continuous development of information technology and social media,people's interaction is enhanced.Media technology is the foundation of community construction,and communication promotes the maintenance and strengthening of community.In the era of new media,we media is not only a medium to spread information,but also has the logic of social economy behind it.Many ways of we media people are to expand their influence and gain fans by establishing their own we media,and then develop fans,establish communities,and cooperate with other we media to form we media alliances,so as to form an increasingly mature social economic system.This paper combines we media with social economy,starting from the concept of social economy and community development,and selects the cultural we media "Read at Ten" which is a successful attempt in domestic construction and social economy as the research object.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the development of "Read at Ten" We Media and its community construction and development under the background of the Internet,so as to provide reference and ideas for other we media,and how to use the new media environment to develop the universal strategy of social economy.Since its launch in November 2012,"Read at Ten" has grown from a grassroots number with zero fans to a large number with tens of millions of fans,and has become a leading cultural we media brand in China.In the research process,taking the research status of social economy and we media at home and abroad as the framework and theoretical basis,and then analyzing the operation of "Read at Ten" from the perspective of social economy,it is mainly divided into three stages.In the early stage,we should build a cultural brand and accumulate users.In the middle stage,we should spread it in a diversified way and radiate a larger user group.In the later stage,we should enhance interaction and maintain the community.In the end,we can achieve the profit of social economy,including content e-commerce and knowledge payment.Finally,on the basis of theory and case analysis,the strategies of we media to develop social economy are summarized as grasping audience,building brand,multi platform linkage and ensuring community cohesion.To provide reference and inspiration for the development of other we media.
