The quality of TV program producer directly affect the program overall taste.Producers who are innovative and pioneering more likly to create the publicaesthetic, the content of the newgood programs; and if producer blindly copying thestunt, the program will eventually be abandoned by the audience and the market.For more than a decade, system of programme produce has become the mostmain program production form in China TV industry,a batch of high quality,professional, strong ability of television producer pour into national TV stations.Thispaper analyzes functional transition of TV program producer China for more than adecade from the producer in the China initially established to matured. This transionis mainly divided into four stages, which respectively is the executive producer stage,independent producer stage, executive producers and independent producer coexiststage under two-tier systerm, and producer team development stage.Finally, in thecurrent competitive market economy system, this paper discuss the quality andcapacity requirements for producers to integrate with the world market should have,this is the premise and the essential condition of successful transition.The four stages are not simply replaced one by one, but alternatly coexistence.This paper reviews the four stages of transformation, analyzes the changeofmotivation, transformation results.At the end of this paper, author put forwardsome suggestions in term of problems encountered in the transition and thesolutions to the problems. |
