The increasingly fierce competition in the communications industry has formed a situation of tripartite confrontation situation.China Telecom only through its own channels of business development costs and business development capacity bottlenecks,have to rely on social partners involved,to enhance their market competitiveness,while reducing channel operating costs.Therefore,under the impetus of the government,the China Telecom to introduce virtual operators,expand the team of partners,to become the inevitable choice of business development.Social channels have many advantages,such as easier integration of social resources,the formation of competitive advantage in the region;financial operation is more simple,flexible and flexible than the state-owned enterprises,etc..These advantages are a strong complement and improvement of China Telecom channels.However,how to optimize the channel structure,and tap the potential of channel development,then become the focus of China Telecom to consider the problem.In this paper,the main research objects of Ningxia telecom channel operation support system.The system adopts the technology of architecture is a Service oriented architecture(Service-OrientedArchitecture,SOA),is a component model,it will be the application of different functional units(called services)through well-defined interfaces and contracts between these services.This system adopts open architecture based on SOA design,based on the function of component model for channel management,encapsulation,through the use of business process concatenated into a final for the use of the user,through flexible IT infrastructure,to quickly respond to changes in the front-end needs.According to the actual needs of their work,many for advice,repeated demonstration,based on "ASP.NET" platform,combined with the "SQL Server 2010","ASP.NET","JAVA" technology to realize the system.According to the theory of software development and project management theory,the design model of "MVC" is adopted.First of all,a brief overview of these technologies;secondly,from the feasibility,functional and other aspects of the analysis;again,with the database,programming language and other systems are designed.In the system implementation,first of all,from the system environment,the realization of database based on B/S,the Ningxia telecom channel management support system to achieve three aspects,including B/S of Ningxia telecom channel management support system function module is divided into the channels of operation management,and system management based on channel view;secondly,from effectively improve the program maintenance convenience,the amount of code reuse,improve work efficiency.In order to guarantee the normal operation of the system,system security,load capacity,system function has carried on the comprehensive test.Test results show that this system has realized the expected functions,has good reliability and stability,and conforms to the anticipated target of the system development,to meet the needs of actual use.
