Nowadays,The development of vocational education in China is far behind thedeveloped countries. We need to put into a large number of high quality workforce inorder to keep the sustainable development of economy in our country. Therefore,changing structure of the current talents, training more skilled personnel anddeepening the reform of vocational education teaching are imperative.“Innovativevocational education evaluation appraisal system and improve the students’ skilllevel” was put forward by the ministry of education for vocational education teachingreform. The traditional teaching evaluation system is unity of purpose as guide. Itcan’t reflect students’ learning situation and ability level comprehensively. It’s notconducive to the development of personalized student, can’t meet the requirements ofmodern society and employer. So the secondary vocational schools must reform theway of teaching evaluation. Teaching evaluation is an important part to respect theprincipal position of students, pay attention to the teaching process and promotestudents’ development, perfect evaluation system play a part of excitation guiding andquality monitoring.This research is based on secondary vocational course "computer applicationfoundation", use secondary vocational students as the research object, introduceprocess evaluation into the whole teaching process, explore the feasibility andeffectiveness of process evaluation in this course. Part one of the thesis elaborate theresearch background, research content, significance and research methods ofintroduce the process evaluation in the course of “basics of computer application” invocational school, and expound the research status of process evaluation at home andabroad. Part two of the thesis introduces the conceptions and theories of processevaluation. Part three and four are the design, the specific teaching practice processand conclusion about the process evaluation in the course of “basics of computerapplication” in vocational school. Part five and six expound the suggestion,conclusion and reflection of this thesis.The results prove that,put process evaluation into the secondary vocational course "computer application foundation" is feasible and effective. Process evaluationcan promote students’ courses of study and develop their comprehensive ability. Italso can develop students’behavioral habit, emotional attitude and value. At the sametime, there are some limitations and shortcomings in the use of process evaluation; weneed to improve it by the research of theory and practice.
