The educational goal of secondary vocational schools is to train students’vocational ability to adapt to the job occupation and cultivate talents with practicalskills for all walks of life. In this fast-changing information age, the ability ofoperating computer has become a basic work skill. In order to let more secondaryvocational school graduates enter the society and get employed smoothly, the basiccomputer class has become a core course for the secondary vocational schools tocultivate high quality workers and skilled talents. In secondary vocational school’scourse teaching of "Basics of Computer Application", there are many factors causinginstability of the course design and course implement, such as a wide range oftextbooks, unclear teaching objectives, slow update of textbook contents, singleteaching method, the evaluation system, lack of modern education technology, thedifferences of students’ receptivity and manipulative ability, and so on.This research is based on TPACK(Technological Pedagogical And ContentKnowledge)frame, namely the teaching concept of when, and where to use whattechnology and method for teaching, used in research on instructional design of"Basics of Computer Applications" in secondary vocational school. Use documentanalysis method, action research method and assessment analysis method to disc ussthe integration of TPACK’s three factors (CK, TK, PK) in the process of teaching.Through experiment analysis, explain that the course and teaching design in theframework of TPACK can improve students’ interest in studying computer lessons,raise students’ enthusiasm and initiative, and enhance students’ learning abilityautonomously and collaboratively. The contents of the paper are mainly divided intosix parts: The first part is introduction which mainly introduces the background, objectiveand significance, contents and methods of the research.The second part is the theoretical introduction to TPACK. This essay introducesthe major knowledge and principles of TPACK, the viewpoints of related researchliterature both in and out abroad, the relationship between TPACK and teachers and itanalyses the role modern education technology plays in secondary vocational schoolclass teaching.The third part is introducing Taylor Principle of Course which introduces the fourfactors and the relationship with TPACK of Taylor Principle of Course.The fourth part is the teaching research of "Basics of Computer Application" insecondary vocational school base on TPACK. Instruction is made on the currentteaching status of "Basics of Computer Applications", and the environment ofapplication practice, and analysis is conducted on the application of TPACK in theteaching of "Basics of Computer Applications" in secondary vocational school.The fifth part is teaching design of the lesson cases of "Basics of ComputerApplications" base on TPACK. Make teaching design for the two teaching cases in thesecondary vocational course of "Basics of Computer Applications" based on TPACK,and analyze the teaching effect of them. Carry out the quality monitoring to get theadvantage of teaching case based on TPACK by the end of the term.The six part summarize the research results that have been achieved and analyzesthe shortcomings during the research and provides references for future teaching.Use every factor of TPACK comprehensively in course teaching activities, lookfor the integration of technology knowledge, subject knowledge and pedagogicalcontent knowledge, promote the guiding effect on secondary vocational school’scourse teaching of "Basics of Computer Applications" course that TPACK has,provide enlightenment for improving teachers’ teaching level and students’ studyinterest and ability to practice, and provide reference for the teaching design andsustainable development of secondary vocational school’s computer basic course.
