At present, the domestic banking industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce, bank IT department charged with saving counter, ATM system, bank system, credit cards and office system safe and stable operation, maintenance work, and also includes a pair of whole IT management planning and branch IT operation guidance, is a bank business support key departments.Over the years the domestic banks to gradually establish a set of management system, developed a variety of policies and procedures, and the establishment of a unified IT operation management automation system, effectively improve the IT maintenance service level. But compared with the international popular ITSM service management standard, will also need all kinds of operation management system and business flow, personnel organization and each function module of the system effectively together, build a set of the integration of business and function, standardized operation and management, optimize departmental business process management system, in order to further improve the system operation efficiency of the service center and quality.This thesis will be the ITIL best practices based on the theoretical framework, combining Struts+Spring+Hibernate technology, analysis of the existing bank IT service management mode and existing problems, puts forward the establishment based on the ITIL banking IT service management platform solutions, the financial industry of commercial bank IT branch building management platform, construction, event management, service station problem management, change management and the knowledge management process, carding process do, improve IT service efficiency, real ITIL software to achieve the management objective, makes the bank IT branch to the appropriate ITIL and electronic process.At the same time to ITIL continuous improvement prospect of the management platform erected after the ascension, through the construction of service level management, and user satisfaction platform construction to optimize service, improve service quality improvement purpose.
