Based On The Itil It Service Management System Of Enterprise-class Design And Realization

Information technology(IT) had already gone across a period of rapid development,more request bring forward,IT service management(ITSM) becomes an opportunity and a challenge field.This thesis study by ITSM and IT infrastructure lLibrary(ITIL),built the architecture of ITSM,which Based on ITIL methodology,design and establish application management system(AMS) with Shanghai GM dealers management system(DMS),AMS Based on ITIL,It provides DMS with ITSM.The fact,which the architecture is putting into effect, will drive enterprise to put ITSM into practice,improve the efficiency of ITSM.This thesis discussed the development of ITSM and ITIL,analyzed the current status and deficiency of ITSM.We analyzed the problem of putting Shanghai GM DMS into effect,built an enterprise level structure of ITSM on analyzing DMS,which based on ITIL.Then we designed a detailed plan of putting AMS into effect,carried out the platform of administration AMS.AMS based on the standard technological process of ITIL,the MVC design model,Struts and Hibernate technology had used in the system under Java environment.The scheme that based on ITIL is usually used for enterprise,but the one in this thesis was specifically for ITSM of a large-scale system,it brought forward feasible solving,and carried out.We used MVC design model to build the platform of administration AMS,it has good expansion and upkeep.So the research findings provided a scheme applying solving for the same type of ITSM.Now we have accomplished the design,the basic platform for resources management and services management to AMS.and it has thrown into usage.I take part in design AMS,then design the platform of administration AMS and carry out it.
