With the development of market economy,and continuous improvement of information technology,ERP systems have been applied to more types of manufacturing companies,the traditional ideas is " ERP is not to die on,on the ERP is to court death" that has been more and more successful implementation of the ERP system's broken by companies,ERP system in the company's implementation,it has been efforts to improve enterprise management and enterprise management information and enhance the core competitiveness of the important measures.Practice shows that modern project management theory and methods applied to the ERP implementation process,ERP system is an important guarantee for the successful implementation.Theoretical basis of this paper is based ERP,combined with modern knowledge of the project management system,Mainly in the core area for project management,time management,cost management,quality management and risk management set to start,the ERP system implementation process and the role of the method were studied.Analyzes the EPR project and the similarities and differences between traditional project,explained the process of ERP implementation project management system using the meaning,content and general process,introduced the project management of ERP system based on implementation methods,which verifies the theory of project management and ERP system implementation combination of scientific and effective.This study focuses on the process of ERP system implementation features,look for modern project management applications ERP implementation process in a reasonable starting point,analysis of key factors affecting project success,to prevent the wrong interpretation of ERP's "number one" concept engineering,there is no used to reflect the way business processes.These factors are implemented in enterprises in ERP pay special attention to aspects of the system directly affects the implementation of ERP effect,companies should pay attention to the implementation process ERP a good grasp of these factors.Countermeasures is to implement the core of the range of project management,time,cost,quality and risk management in ERP system implementation in the correspondence.This article discusses four aspects related to ERP implementation issues.The first part described the ERP application development process and the status of the domestic as well as basic knowledge of modern management system architecture.The second part focuses on the ERP project and the similarities and differences between traditional project and the differences in project management,analysis of traditional ERP implementation of the reasons for the low success rate.The third part of a real case is to start comparing and explaining.The fourth part is the conclusions and directions for further exploration.This article is company who are preparing or implementing enterprise ERP provides a more scientific approach,for the successful application of ERP systems to provide more theoretical basis,to promote Chinese company in the information building.
