Our country enterprises media have many types and develops quickly, Relevant research just confined to the traditional paper medium, this degree paper analysis the future development trend of Enterprise Media bases on the enterprise media present development and veining,when hackle and analyses its organizational structure and function, In this context, make a concrete analysis of different kinds news report of different enterprise medias.After research discovery that the state-owned enterprises and non state-owned enterprises media has different restricting factors. Generally speaking, comprehensively reference Chinese media institution and the western media theory, Chinese Enterprise Media institution restricted for four Institutional constraints. These are social system> political system、operate regulation and economic impact. In addition, these ales have enterprise own media management regulations socio cultural environment and public supervision. After macro-research for enterprise media system, this degree paper ales analysis the editing process and function of enterprise media news report.The second part of this thesis mainly studies the enterprise media news report value missing and reasons. First, scan the news report of enterprise media from the cultural studies angle. After pointing out these problems, I combine the first part of the study and point out the reasons for the lack of enterprises media news reports value. They are:Cultural background、Properties and Structural defects(they are the root causes of lack of enterprises media news reports value); The managers’ misunderstanding of the enterprise media is the main reason of lack of enterprises media news reports value; No-implementing the journalistic professionalism in the operating process of enterprise media is the direct cause of lack of enterprises media news reports value; Divorced from the masses and propagator standard report mode, Not fully awake to the importance of audience feedback is also an important reason.The third part of this thesis mainly studies "Macro strategies and microscopic approaches to promote enterprise media news value ", this could reform the enterprise media news report.
