Currently, the intelligent monitoring technology in the rapid development, more public surveillance system to monitor the transformation of the human computer intelligent monitoring. In supermarkets, the security work to provide a lot of help; banks and long-distance transport, robbery and people who commit crimes have occurred, the video data of detected cases of video surveillance will play a crucial role in the occurrence of cases or when some unexpected event, the event occurred in the video surveillance data will be complete playback facts of the case detection and reduction provided strong evidence.At the same time, surveillance video as an important legal basis for criminals or the parties will do anything to destroy the original surveillance video, or delete it directly, in order to achieve the purpose of destruction of evidence. There are some clever criminals, but also to modify the video, or to replace the scene, this video can not be tampered with evidence to prove his guilt. Once this happens, the offender criminals can escape the law. Therefore, the digital watermark in a certain degree a good solution to this problem. This paper studies this problem started:1. Through the background research and development trends for video surveillance and digital video watermarking technology. In-depth study of the video watermarking algorithm, and video watermark model and classification done summarized. Proposed H.264video format for digital watermarking algorithm, i.e., by extracting the Y component YUV format video frames using block technique, the Y component of the DCT coefficient replacement process combining a series of monitoring on the basis of the video format. Meanwhile, for the attack in the form of digital video watermarking, made a key study also analyzed the possible future development of digital video watermarking direction.2. On the basis of the study of digital video watermarking algorithm based on improved relations, the development of a corresponding digital video watermarking software. This watermarking software is on the VC++6.0development platform research design to achieve a video watermark embedding and extraction, and the corresponding test, watermarking good effect.3. Introduction of digital video watermarking based on digital video watermarking algorithm based on application and implementation of video surveillance DM368chip, while in the study and the corresponding video watermarking software on the DM368chip video surveillance platform completed the digital watermarking technology application. Get real-time sensor information can generate watermark image and making flags in the embedded video frames in order to be able to locate the video frames with watermark. Finally, do a test run. The results show that the platform to implement a video surveillance application of digital watermarking technology.
