Research And Development Of Digital Video Surveillance System Based On Bank

Recently, digital video surveillance system has become a developing hotpot. The early analog video surveillance system must be replaced by the digital video surveillance system, which will be largely used in banks. My subject is "Research and Development of Digital Video Surveillance System Based On bank" . The task is to design a advanced digital video surveillance system for the bank, combined with several technical fields such as digital video, digital image and network of computer etc. In the design of the system, the author has completed video capture, video display, video storage, video compression, motion detection, video transmitting, video accept, and created a LAN, and realized IP multicast.Chapter One analyzes the development of the digital video surveillance system and the background of the task. At last, main content are presented. Chapter Two introduces the technology of video capture, especially the DirectShow, which is adapted by this task. Chapter Three introduce some important Coding Standard of Video, especially analyzes the Compression Method of MPEG-4. Chapter Four give a method of detecting the movement on video through analyzing the video frames. Chapter Five analyzes the network transferring technology, and present the method through IP Multicast and RTP base on UDP. In Chapter Six a new digital video surveillance system modal is brought forward. In Chapter Seven, all of the work in this thesis is summed up. The future research of Digital Video surveillance system is prospected.The project is funded by the fund of youthful teacher with a master' s degree in Xi' an University of Technology.
