In the era of knowledge economy, companies during the development focus on the role of knowledge, because knowledge has become an important resource. We can improve knowledge sharing and cooperation; enhance knowledge flow and the communication within the organization and between the organization to promote enterprise knowledge innovation and technological innovation. Especially in the Web2.0era, under Web2.0the knowledge become more nature and richness, and have a high-speed transmission. While the high-speed development of network information technology have changed people’s daily lives, it is full people’s daily lives with internet tools, which is to accelerate the information and knowledge spread among people’s communication, sharing. The private hospital as a special enterprise, which exists in our economic system and health care environment has a big competition. At the same time the private hospital’s development in China’s is not long. So in recent years, people pay more attention to the private hospitals knowledge management. Therefore, the study of the private hospital knowledge management becomes more and more vital.This paper is focus on the management of private hospitals’internal members of the hospital environment in the form of knowledge Web2.0collaborative networks and discussed its effectiveness and stability of the network model structure. This article studies the hospital enterprise collaborative knowledge networks under the Web2.0environment, first reviews the theory about the Web2.0, knowledge collaboration, knowledge networks and small-world networks. Then based on this proposed the inevitability of enterprise collaborative, and describe the course of the collaborative knowledge under Web2.0environment. Then this paper builds a model of collaborative knowledge networks within hospitals under the Web2.0environment, including the methods and principles. Then analysis relevant parameters of this social network for knowledge collaborative in R hospital with the Web2.0platform, and verified the nature of the small-world network structure, proved that the Web2.0environment is better for the people in the hospital. Finally, based on knowledge of the relevant parameters R hospital collaborative network structure the paper analyzes the influencing factors about the hospital knowledge c(?)borative network’s availability and stability under Web2.0, and for these factors made a series of recommendations.This paper argues that the hospital management should pay attention to their knowledge under the Web2.0environment, and believe it will bring more active impacts among the knowledge management. The knowledge cooperation is a process of knowledge sharing knowledge transferor collaborative knowledge, absorption and innovation. And this process not only brings the economic but also strengthening cultural construction within the hospital, and deepens the internal communication between members of the hospital, and enhances the overall cohesion of the hospital. Meanwhile, due to the dynamic of the knowledge collaboration network under Web2.0environment, the network structure is always changing, so the hospital to maintain the effectiveness and stability of collaborative knowledge networks need for timely changes to the network structure for the adjustment. At the end of this article, this paper gives some advices to the knowledge management theory and practice of private hospitals, hoping to provide benefits for the development of private hospitals’development.
