Knowledge resource is becoming one of the main assets of enterprises, knowledge wasconsidered as an important factor of retaining competitive edge and creating value. The rapidadvance of computer network technology put global knowledge sharing into effect, butenterprises still faced the difficulties in terms of knowledge application: structural systemswhich are useful for enterprises were not able to be formed and knowledge utilization ratiodecreased because a sea of knowledge were lack of effective integration. In addition, it isdifficult to exert effect of knowledge innovation since current enterprise knowledge was notinfiltrating business process.Based on the knowledge and knowledge carrier, the research situation and developmenttendency of knowledge management was introduced, and knowledge modeling from threeaspects of model, technology and system was reviewed. After that, knowledge resourceallocation service oriented domain-specific model was proposed, and knowledge resourceallocation service framework was described based on the model. Furthermore, Web2.0-basedknowledge modeling system was designed according to the framework. In order to provide theknowledge content and carrier for knowledge allocation service, a platform of knowledgesharing was developed.At first,knowledge resource allocation service oriented domain-specific model was built.Knowledge resource allocation service oriented domain-specific modeling process wasintroduced in four main fields: domain schema, domain template, application model andapplication platform. Moreover Knowledge resource allocation service framework wasconstructed based on the model. The framework of knowledge allocation system was designedaccording to the constraints included in the service framework. At the meantime knowledgeallocation oriented knowledge classification combined supply chain analysis with folksonomywas studied. Web2.0-based knowledge describe method was proposed and knowledge tagconstruct was designed.Secondly, architecture structure, function model and process model of the web2.0-basedknowledge modeling system were designed, and the function and process analysis of modelingmodule for explicit and tacit knowledge were addressed. At last, technical framework and the key technology of the system were explained in detail.The realization of system function was comprehensively introduced by the design of thedatabase, realization of the core class, and usage the system function.
